Formed in 1901 and continued until 1952. It was merged with Independent Brewing from 1904 until 1933, which was the year Independent dissolved. At that time it was a part of the Duquesne Brewing Co.
In 1918 the bottling department superintendant was Walter Englert and Martin Kottler was brewmaster.
Carnegie became a branch of Duquesne Brewing in 1933 when Independent Brewing dissolved. Closed in 1952 when it was under the control of the Duquesne Brewery.
